Professional, high-quality images are essential for promoting your brand, whether you are starting your acting career or need to build on your portfolio, or a business looking to add a personal touch to your website, social media, or need to revamp you personal or professional branding. With more than 15 years of experience in Hollywood, we are here to capture your best looks.
This guide will explain everything you need to know and what you can expect before you book with one of our well crafted packages, don’t forget to add-on any extras from the A-La-Carte menu if you are looking for a little more.
booking a session

THE BOOKING PROCESS IS SIMPLE
Select the package and add-ons that best suits your needs and budget.
Complete the Client Intake Form.
Sign Contract and pay the deposit to secure your session’s date.
Enjoy the session—photographer will handle everything on the day.
Receive your image proofs via Google Drive within 3 business days.
Receive your edited images 5 business days after selections are made—7 business days for corporate packages.
Our sessions are carefully organized to respect both your employees schedules and our photographer’s creative process. You can expect timely communication and a smooth booking experience.
Clients receive image proofs via a private password protected Google Drive folder within 3 business days and edited images 5 business days after selections are made. We recommend downloading and backing up files immediately, as links expire after 21 days. Please note that files will be archived after two months and may not be easily accessible afterward. If you want a quicker turnaround, check out the A La Carte menu.

PAYMENTS AND RETAINERS
100% upfront payment and signed contract for individual headshots upon booking are required. This payment is non-refundable. for corporate clients a non-refundable 50% retainer and a signed contract are required to secure your booking.† This payment guarantees your booking, day and time, and allows us to prepare effectively for your session. After submitting your Client Intake Form and agreeing to the contract, you'll receive an invoice for the required payment via email which will guide you to our payment center, ensuring convenience and security for you our client.
LAST INSTALLEMENT
For corporate clients, the final payment is expected no later than the morning of the scheduled session, an invoice will be emailed to you 5-business days prior to start of your session.
ON LOCATIONS
Parking and/or travel fees for locations outside the Los Angeles County Area, if any, will be in addition to stated session packages.
CANCELATIONS
Session fees are non-refundable. In the event that you need to reschedule your session, please let us know as soon as possible. We require at least 5-business days prior to the start of your session to reschedule or all fees paid will be forfeited. Cancelled sessions must be rescheduled within 30 days—a $75 emergency rescheduling fee within the 5-day window may be considered.
† Last minute bookings will require a signed contract and payment in full to secure date and time.

HOLLYWOOD CALLING CARD $350 (THE FIRST IMPRESSION SESSION)
45-minute outdoor session, 2 distinct looks, 2 professionally retouched images.
THE PORTFOLIO BUILDER $600
1-hour session (studio or outdoor), 3 distinct looks, 3 professionally retouched images.
THE LOYALTY SESSION $400
1-hour session, 3 looks, 3 edits. must book within a year of last session.
Individual business & professionals packages:
THE PROFESSIONAL BRAND SESSION $500
1-hour session (backdrop or environmental), 2 professionally retouched images.
corporate clients (group sessions) packages:
THE TEAM STANDARD PACKAGE $700
1-hour session, up to 4 people. Single standard headshot with 1 retouched image per person. (On-site backdrop setup included)
THE ENVIRONMENTAL EXECUTIVE $1000
2-hour session, on-location around your offices/workspace. Up to 5 people, 1 retouched image per person.
A LA CARTE ADD-ONS
Extra Edits: $50 per edit.
Extended Session Time: Add 30 minutes, 1 look, 1 edit for $150
Make-up/Stylist: Additional costs payable directly to Artist. Will depend on availability.
Extra Corporate: 1 person and 20 minutes added. 3 extra people max. $150 each
Extra Environmental: 1 person and 30 minutes added. 2 extra people max. $175 each
Priority Delivery: $50 for delivery of main set within 48 hours instead of the usual 5 business days—great for urgent needs. (A La Carte menu items not included)

Per contract, photographer shall retain copyright of all images for posterity, individual usage rights are granted to client for intended purposes.
Contract will specify a Non-Exclusive, either Personal or Commercial Use License, Scope and Duration; this includes Restrictions and Attribution, typically a perpetual, worldwide and all media. No resale.
If the contract contains an Exclusivity Clause the client is the sole entity with the right to receive and use the images under the terms of the contract. Images may only be sold for individuals use via a Personal Use License if the contract allows it. Exclusivity clauses range from 300%-500%+ of cost.
Model Release form that acknowledges the photographer owns the copyright is mandatory for all models/employees.
Edits include light natural touch-ups; removal of temporary marks and blemishes, skin redness, eye sclera clean up, light iris enhancement, light teeth whitening, and fly away hairs—It is not recommended to remove anything that is permanent, nor making exaggerated unrealistic enhancements.
