press & media credentials

As a working photographer/photojournalist, I assert my rights under the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. I have the right to photograph and record in public spaces, including federal buildings, transportation facilities, and law enforcement activities. While on public property, I may photograph anything in plain view. On private property, I will adhere to the owner's rules. I understand that obstructing law enforcement or engaging in illegal activities is prohibited. I am aware of the importance of respecting individual privacy, even in public settings.

If questioned by law enforcement, I will remain calm and polite. I understand that I am not required to show my images without a warrant, except in cases where law enforcement has reason to believe that the device contains evidence of a crime. I am aware that audio recording laws vary by state.
